Image Alwarpet conducted on Making of a Animation Movie for the Students. In the idea of delivering new ideas and to develop the creativity among the students, we the staffs were planned to conduct this session. The topic is all about how the animation movie produced from various steps Pre-Production, Production & Post Production. Chicken Run is the movie which shown to the students along with the production process. In this particular session students were enthusiastic in learning the Claymation and stop-motion animation as well as the production process.

We heard about Stop Motion Animation & claymation but this is the very first time we have learned the techniques involved in the same. Faculties who have explained the basics of clay modelling gave the outline of clay-modelling & stop motion. When the movie started then we really excited with the works on the characters and the production process. And this concept I saw on TV lot of time but in that I don't know what actual is these. After watching Chicken run movie from that only I found it's a stop motion animation concept. In that film they have taken separate snaps of a clay model and Animators, Craftsman, Sound artist they tried before actual scenes as a manual. After that they presented in clay model (stop motion animation) . That much perfection is their in a film we can't identify whether it's a 3D film or STOP MOTION ANIMATION. It's neither hard nor easier. In that film making they showed and explained how to work and plan. Direction is very important. At last after watching a film I like to do work in stop motion animation concept with the help of guide.
