The Graphic Design course helps the students to launch their career in effective visual communication. The course begins with training on visual design which develops the understanding of key concepts like principles and elements of design, color, typography and composition which are essential for creative problem solving. The digital design portion of the course trains the students in image creation techniques including collage making, and photo montage, development of visual identity and creation of multipage documents. These enable the student to create logos, posters, brochures, magazines and more by effectively integrating text and images. The students design and construct packages which are three dimensional forms that help in marketing by attracting a potential buyer. At the end of the course, the students demonstrate their understanding of design concepts and creative problem solving skills through a professional portfolio.
